Our therapists rely on products as liquid tools to help bring their creative visions to life. We realize our clients’ right to the same opportunity. We advise each client on the products and techniques best suited for their needs.

Reservations
• Please inform our receptionist if you have any significant health issues or may be pregnant.

• Remember to request extra time between services if desired.

• Please note that all treatment times are approximate.

Appointments
In order to maximize the benefits of our treatment, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Guest who arrive late will be charged in full, unfortunately, we may not be able to make up for lost time.

Staff Selection
We make every effort to honor requests for specific staff members; however, we cannot guarantee your selection in every case.

Confirmation
We will make a courtesy call to you 24 hours in advance of your appointment. We do ask, however, that you assume all responsibility for remembering your reservation.

For Your Visit
• Please maintain a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy to other guests. Cellular phones are not permitted in the spa.

• All services include complimentary refreshments.

• For your convenience, we provide robes, slippers, lockers for personal items, towels, and body products.

• Products are available for purchase in the retail area.

• We suggest that you book your next visit prior to leaving the Spa. This will ensure your personal choice of times and staff.

• Please leave valuables at home, as the Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Payment
• We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express, Personal Checks and Gift Certificates as methods of payment for services and products.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Your gratuities are appreciated by our therapists and must be paid in cash or checks made out to cash. The industry standard for tipping is 20%.

Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Your appointment is a commitment of the therapist’s time. Failure to comply will result in the full service charge or forfeit of your gift certificate. Please be courteous.

Return Policy
There is a NO RETURN policy on all products purchased. A store credit will be issued on unused/unopened items. All gift certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE. No exceptions.

Gift Certificates
Nurture that special “someone” with a Gift Certificate. We can help you customize a Gift Certificate using a personalized inscription, for him or her, to fit an occasion: Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings, Holidays, Corporate Gift Programs, or just because.

Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. They are for services and products only. The expiration date may not be changed or extended on donation certificates.

Rewards
On your first visit to our spa, you will receive a “glow-getter” card. Every time you come in for a service, the card will get stamped. When the card is filled with ten stamps, we give you $10 OFF any service or product.
